Your profile

Successfully completed training as a biological-technical assistant (BTA) and/or chemical-technical assistant (CTA) or a comparable qualification in the field of natural sciences and technology

Practical experience in the laboratory, ideally in the fields of molecular biology, chemical, or biochemical analysis

Confident use of common laboratory methods (e.g., PCR, ELISA, titrations, chromatography, spectroscopy) and laboratory equipment

Experience in conducting, evaluating, and documenting experiments and measurement series

Familiarity with applicable quality and safety standards (e.g., GLP, GCLP, ISO, GMP)

Careful, structured, and independent way of working

Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability

Good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage

As a biological/chemical-technical assistant (m/f/d), you will be part of our dedicated team in the Research & Development department. Together with motivated colleagues, you will make a significant contribution to the development of innovative, fully automated analysis systems and analysis methods – from the initial idea to the market-ready product.

You will work on pioneering solutions in in vitro diagnostics and life sciences.

Your tasks at a glance:

Supporting the Research & Development (R&D) department in preparing and carrying out recurring laboratory processes

Production of Biochip surfaces for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases

Conducting biological and/or chemical laboratory analyses and test series

Documentation and evaluation of test results according to quality standards

Collaboration in daily laboratory management together with colleagues

Incoming goods inspection, proper storage, and inventory of chemicals and consumables

Responsibility for the cleanliness, order, and functionality of the laboratory and laboratory equipment
